My Christmas And New Years

It has been awhile since I have updated my blog. l I really haven't had much to post on. Well... nothing that would come to me anyways. I am here to say that I am back updating my blog hopefully on a regular basis. With that being said, time to get onto what I am going to post about.

My Christmas was pretty cool. I got to spend time with family and friends which is the most important thing during the holiday season. But I should start from the begining.

Well the first weekend in December I went down to Saskatoon to see my baby nephew Bryson. The drive down was slow and steady as the snow was flying like you wouldn't believe. Then at about Rosthern the snow stopped falling and I could cruise nicely to Saskatoon. While there in Saskatoon, I did some Christmas shopping for my one sister, my niece Allie, and my nephew Brennan. I was thinking at that time that I hopefully would not feel the crunch Christmas financially. In any event I got some shopping done down there. Then on the Monday when I came home, I did a bit more Christmas shopping.

My Christmas party with work was at the Exhibition Center on December 9th. It was the small business Christmas party with live entertainment. I saw Mark's mom and step dad there and some other people I knew. Anyways, the food was good as usual. Here is the part of this part of the story which is cool. I noticed on stage that the lead guitarist had a combo mandalin and electric guitar. Now I thought to myself, hmmmm... that looks a lot like the one that my friend Matthew Kent made. So I asked the guy on their set break and he confirmed that my friend Matt did infact make. He also said that Matt is a great guitar tech. I was so stoked. My friend Matt's very small guitar company is called Viking Guitars.

I went to St. David's Anglican Church's Lessons and Carols Service. It was on Sunday the 11th of December. It was a good service. Plus they had a nice spread of food after it.

After that nothing much happend except work and Christmas shopping. I must say that Christmas shopping was slowly draining me of my money. Boy, would a better paying job come in handy. But that's another blog for another time. Anyways, then Sunday the 18th of December came along and it was the family gift exchange. But earlier in the day I made some snack like items to bring out so people could snack. Anyways, we had to bring a five dollar gift and we would exhange it in a Chinese gift exchange type way where we would get to steal someone else's gift. My uncle Lyle stole my gift. It was a good gift at that. Curses you uncle Lyle. I ended up with this candle snuffer. I thought "pfffft, I am never going to use this." Luckily my sister was nice enough to trade me her Lindor chocolate for the candle snuffer. A big thanks to my dad's girlfriend Ros for getting my gift for the gift exchange. I should say that there was a lot of food. If you know my family then you will know that my family can put on a spread. The food was awesome. I can just taste those chicken wings my dad's girlfriend Ros made.

Later on in the week I finished my Christmas shopping. That finished me off financially. I became broke. Its sad having a job and not having money. But that's a blog post for another time.

Then on the following Friday, the 23rd of December, my sister came up with her three kids for Christmas. Nothing much else happened that day. Then on Christmas Eve, I went to St. David's for their Christmas Eve service. Then I went to my sister's place to bring out some of the gifts home. My sister Heather would bring out the rest. My sister who came up from Saskatoon was staying out at the farm. So then on Christmas Day, we opened some gifts at the farm. Then my sisters and I went and had Christmas dinner with my mom and her boyfriend Ron at his house. I must say that the meal was great. Then after we ate, we then opened gifts.

Then my sisters and I went to my auntie Janet's for supper. More food! Another great meal capped off by some great dessert. All my family was there except for my cousin, her husband, and three step kids. Her mother, father, bother, and his girlfriend came later though. But it was all good.

The next day I went to my dad's friends place for boxing day. They do it every year. A lot of people bring their sleds. I don't mean tobboggans either. Anyways, there was a lot of food to snack on. Then the meal was a good as well. Man was I stuffed. After awhile, you kind of get sick of eating so much food.

For New Years Eve, I don't know what I am doing yet. I might crash the youth group party at Gateway Covenant Church. That is the church I go to. Well, I might unless I find something else to do. Then on New Years Day, more food. Sensing a trend? Anyways, I will go to my auntie Merle's for New Years Day. The family will be there of course.

So that is basically all you need to know. I know, I know, it may seem like a lot but in reality its not so much. Anyways, have a safe and happy New Years.

Apparently I Am A Spiritualist

You fit in with:
Spiritualism

Your ideals are mostly spiritual, but in an individualistic way. While spirituality is very important in your life, organized religion itself may not be for you. It is best for you to seek these things on your own terms.

40% spiritual.
40% reason-oriented.

Take this quiz at QuizGalaxy.com

I took this test and I am a Taoist. Then I took it again and now I am a Spiritualist. Take from it what you will. But it seems a lot of people are Taoists. Go figure!

The Haunted House At The Arts Center

On Thursday, which was yesterday when I was at work, the Arts Center, I got to see some of the haunted house. I have never seen the haunted house at the Arts Center before. It was starting to shape up. But today on Friday, I went to the Arts Center first before going to City Hall. It was looking great. They had it more decorated and what not. The painting/drawing studio was looking awesome. It is a very well done job. I give them props for pulling it off.

Now if you want to go see it is open the rest of the weekend and Monday. I don't know when it opens though. But what I do know is the admission is $2.00 and it is worth it. So if you have younger siblings or have young children that would like to go then definently check it out. It's worth it for all time and effort they put into setting up. But then after they take it all down, I get the displeasure of cleaning up that mess. From what I am told, it is a major mess. Ah well, at least I get paid to do it.

Anyways, I hope everyone has a safe and happy Halloween.

New Music Video Is Up

This weeks music video is One Week by Barenaked Ladies. I think it's a cool song. Plus I have never seen the video for it. So I thought it would be cool to post the video for it. Barenaked Ladies were pegged to be on hit wonders. But they actually made it with their quirky style of songs. They have a lot of really good songs like Old Apartment; It's All Been Done; Another Postcard; Pinch Me; Alternative Girlfriend; Get In Line; Jane; If I Had A Million Dollars; Too Little, Too Late; Shoebox; and many others. So check them out. A great Canadian band who has made it outside of Canada but has choosen to stick more close to home.

Wrestler Persona Quiz

I have taken this quiz before and I was matched up with Brock Lesnar. So I decided to try it again and my persona is Chris Benoit who is a techincal mastermind of a wrestler. Chris Benoit is of course Canadian. He was born in Montreal and grew up in Edmonton. He trained in the Hart Family Dungeon in Calgary. He has amassed great success all over the world. If anyone wants to see any matches that involve him then tell because I have a few DVD's with matches that have Chris Benoit in it. He is that great of a techincal wrestler.

My wrestler persona is...

I take my job as a wrestler very seriously! I eat, breath, and sleep the wrestling business!

What wrestler persona are YOU?

A Bump On My Head

I was on the computer and I touch my cranium and I felt a bump. A bump you ask??? Yes a bump. The strange thing is I don't know how it happened... anyways, it hurts when I touch it. Then why touch it you ask??? I am not entirely sure why. Maybe it's because I am baffled as to why a bump is on my head. Good thing it's not a concussion. I have never had a concussion before so I don't know what one is like. But anyways, it's baffling as to why a bump is one my head. I guess I will never know why a bump is on my head.

Don't Hire The Phil

For those are active in the internet wrestling community, you will know who this is. He has a show called The Phill Uncensored. It's a very boring, crappy video show. This dude thinks he is cool because he insulted a girl who he doesn't know over the internet on another show called Deep Impact. So if you are an owner of pro wrestling site, for the sake of the IWC (internet wrestling community), please don't hire The Phil. He is a class A jackass and he doesn't care who he has to go through to make himself look good and other people look bad.

We now return you to your regularly scheduled programming. Have a nice day!

Another Music Video

This weeks video is Sea Of No Cares by Great Big Sea. I was thinking about which song I should pick and I seen HotCodez.com had some Great Big Sea so I checked out which songs they have and they had a few I knew and so I decided to pick Sea Of No Cares. It is a great song by them. Other great songs by Great Big Sea are Everything Shines, Consequence Free, It's The End Of The World As We Know (I Feel Fine) (originally done by R.E.M.), and many others. So check them out. I should tell you that their music is more Celtic/Celtic Rock based.

Girl Killed After Meeting Someone She Met Over The Internet

I was on a message board and I came across a thread that was about a girl who was killed after she met a guy over the internet on MySpace.com. For those of you who don't know what MySpace is, it is bascially like MSN Space. It's where you can post blog entries, pictures, and other stuff. You can create your profile page to as you want it. Here is what was posted on that thread:

"Taylor Behl, a student from Virginia, has been found murdered. Her body turned up yesterday in a shallow grave and was confirmed to be that of Taylor Behl. The prime suspect, Ben Fawley claims to be an amateur photographer and is being held by authorities. She has a MySpace page and to see the comments from people while she was missing right up to finding the body is pretty sad and intense. Keep in mind that there are over 30 million people on this network so the odds are pretty good that you'll interact with some psychos and possibly some predators along the way(male or female). Just be careful and use common sense especially if you are female. I know 1st hand the amount of e-mails that women get every single day, half from guys posing as amateur photographers.

"The romantic relationship between Taylor and Ben started online on Myspace.
Check out her My Space profile, which is still up and all the comments her friends have been leaving her from the day she disappeared up until today."

http://www.myspace.com/doowop
Here is the news story:
http://www.crimelibrary.com/criminal_mind/forensics/taylor_behl/3.html

My thoughts:

Well, after looking at this young woman's MySpace profile, it's clear that she will be dearly missed. I mean she may have been niave in some respects. But that doesn't mean she should not know better. She was 18 after all. You are an adult at 18. Sure it's messed up what happened, but she probably only knew what she saw of this person who killed her on his MySpace account. I am not saying that I am better then her or anything. I don't think that she should be so trusting of everyone. Not everybody is as nice as you make them out to be. They could be all assuming and nice at first. Then they will show their true colors down the road. I am not saying that we should be a hermits and shut ourselves away from the world. It's just that we should learn about someone before just going to meet them because they could act totally different from behind a computer screen.

On the issue of MySpace, I feel that MySpace is overrated. It's like some think "MySpace is teh shit." But it's not. It's just another way for people to try and be popular amongst people they will never meet in their lifetime because they know that they are not popular amongst people in their town or whatever. Plus they also feel that the more comments that are posted on their blog, the more highly regarded they are. But seriously, it's like not people are going to remember you two months from now. If I had a MySpace account, I would rather have five comments on a blog post from people I know rather then 100 from people I didn't know.

It's sick what's out there nowadays. That's why I don't even have a MySpace account and I never intend to either. It's just another fade that people use to make themselves look trendy. But I don't buy into it. If people want to comment on my thoughts and what not then they can do so on my BlogSpot.com blog. You might say it was cool once upon a time to have a BlogSpot.com blog, but I actually update an a regular basis.

But on the note of this young woman, of course I feel it's messed up. But there is nothing most people can do. You feel powerless against this kind of thing happening. But if you can stop people you from making the same mistake then do so. You don't want to be kicking yourself later on when you know you could have done something. I bet if this young woman's friends could have done something then they would have. But sadly we can't turn back the hands of time. If we could then the world since the begining of time would have been perfect.

So Called Fortunes In Fortune Cookies

Have you ever cracked open a fortune cookie and read a whacky so called fortune? Well today, I was looking in the fridge for something to eat for supper. I then discovered some leftover Chinese food. Then later as in a few minutes ago (refer to the time of this post), I decided to crack open both fortune cookies and read these so called fortunes. Well, it I always keep an open mind (I try to for the most part), but these fortunes a dull, boring, and not so deep. It's like they took some average jackass and paid him to write the first thing that came to his mind. Let me explain before you complain about this.

I know it's only a fortune cookie but these so called fortunes could be much deeper. It's like they are not trying to philosophical at all. It's like duh, state the obvious. We would never have figured that if it wasn't printed on a fortune. Here is what both fortunes said:

"Friendship is the key to happiness."

DUH!!! Geez, state the freakin' obvious. Someone might have thought that friendship was the key to depression if they didn't clarify that. The other fortune said:

"The person who never trusts themselves never trusts anyone."

Thanks for again stating the obvious. Unless you are a simpleton, then I am sure you would most likely know that.

I know it's just a fortune but they could say stuff that is deeper then the usual stuff like the afformentioned fortunes. Maybe I am reading a little too much into it but at least they could try.

Which Rocker Are You Quiz

Well, someone posted this on a message board a few months back and I decided to give a try. I thought who I ended up as was pretty cool. I took it again just to see if it was right. Yup, I ended up as the same person. Then I decided to look for it and try it again. It turns out I ended up as the same person. I then tried it again just to make sure. Sure enough, I was still the same person. So here you go, the person I am most like...

Crystal Meth Poem

Here is a poem I picked up at work. They are giving them out so I took one. Besides they were free.

Crystal Meth Poem
Author: Unknown

I destroy homes, I tear families apart,
I take your children, and that's just the start.
I'm more valued than diamonds, more precious than gold,
The sorrow I bring is a sight to behold.

If you need me remember, I'm easily found
I live all around you, in school, and in town.
I live with the rich, I live with the poor
I live just down the street and maybe next door.

I'm made in a lab, but not like you think,
I can even be made under your kitchen sink.
In your child's closet and even out in the woods,
If this scares you to death then it certainly should.

I have many names, but there is one you know best,
I am sure you've heard of me: My name is "CRYSTAL METH."
My power is awesome, try me, you'll see
But if you do, you may never break free.

Just try me once and I might let you go,
But if you try me twice, then I am your soul.
When I posses you, you'll, and you'll lie,
You'll do what you have to do, just to get high.

You'll lie to your mother, you'll steal from your dad,
When you see their tears, you must feel sad.
Just forget your morals and how you were raised,
I'll be your conscience, I'll teach you my ways.

I take kids from their parents, I take parents from their kids
I take people from God, I separate friends
I'll take everything from you, your looks, and your pride,
I'll be with you always, right by your side.

You'll give up everything,
Your family, your home,
Your money, your friends
Then you'll be alone

I'll take and I'll take till you have no more to give,
When I finish with you you'll be lucky to live.
If you try me be warned "This Is Not A Game"
If I'm given the chance, I'll drive you insane

I'll savage your body, I'll control your mind
I'll own you completely, your soul will be mine.
The nightmares I'll give you while you are laying in bed
My voice you will hear from inside your head

The sweats, the shakes, and the visions you'll see
But I want you to know, these are your gifts from me.
But then it's too late, you'll know in your heart,
That you are now mine and we shall never part.

You'll regret that you tried me (they always do)
But you came to me, NOT I to you,
You knew this would happen, many times you were told,
But you challenged my power you chose to be bold

You should have said "NO" and then walked away
If you could live that day over, now what would you say???
I'll even help take you to your grave

Now that you've met me, what will you do?
Will you try me or not, it's up to you
I can show you more misery then words can tell,
Come hold my hand, let me take you to HELL!

A Couple Of Quizzes

While on a blog that I frequently visit, I saw there that they had links to a couple of quizzes. So I thought I would share them with you.

The first one is which Peanuts character are you most like. I am the following Peanuts character.

Franklin
You are Franklin!

I don't really remember this character. But you can take the quiz by clicking here.

Now the next quiz I did was the "Cute Animal Quiz." The end results was:

You Are A: Bear Cub!

bear cubBears are strong and independent creatures who roam in the forest in search of food. Bears are usually gentle, but anger one and be prepared for their full fury! You're big, you're tough, you won't back down from a fight -- classic attributes of a bear. Intelligent and resourceful, though lazy at times, you are a fascinating creature of the wild.

You were almost a: Kitten or a Turtle
You are least like a: Chipmunk or a MouseWhat Cute Animal Are You?

So if you want to take this quiz then click here.

Go ahead, take the two quizzes and tell me which Peanuts character and "cute animal" you are.

New Music Video

I have a new video up. It is a good one. It is Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen. It is the original. Not the Wayne's World version. Although I could have put it up. But maybe I will another time. Queen is an awesome band. R.I.P. Freddy Mercury. For those of you that don't know much about, I suggest that you listen to Killer Queen, Another One Bites The Dust, Somebody To Love, We Will Rock You, We Are The Champions, Crazy Little Thing Called Love (yes they covered it), You're My Best Friend, Under Pressure, I Want To Break Free, and many others. But for this week enjoy my song selection.

Happy Thanksgiving From Your Friendly Neigbourhood Mother Canucker

Well, for us Canadians this weekend is a long weekend. It is our Thanksgiving. It's the one of the few times of the year where we can truly reflect back on what we are truly thankful for. I think that society as a whole doesn't do this enough. We don't reflect on what we are thankful for. We just go on with our day to day activities and don't really reflect. But when a holiday like Thanksgiving or Christmas comes upon us then we stop and reflect almost like we are forced too. We should not have feel like it's a pain to reflect once in awhile. I am sure counting our blessing once in awhile wouldn't be such a bad thing. It's just that there are times when I am sure you feel like you don't have many blessings or much to be thankful for. Just think that there are people who are worse off then you or I are. But we usually end up dwellings on the negatives rather then the positives. But I digress, that if you take the time to think about it, you will come up with a few things to be thankful for.

Here is my list of things that I am thankful for.

Some Items I Am Thankful For:
  • There is no snow on the ground just yet.
  • I have a house and home to come home to.
  • For the love of a family (even though there are fights sometimes).
  • My natural ability to sing (when I sing karaoke people tell me I am good).
  • My ability to play drums as well as I can (I am still getting better though).
  • My sideburns (people who I don't know think that they are cool).
  • My neice, nephew, and new niece or nephew on the way (don't know which yet).
  • Just having my job.
  • My awesome ability to wail (Mark Jensen, Steve Reid, and a few others know what I am talking about).

What I am doing is going to my mom's boyfriend's house for supper on Sunday, which would be today of course. But yesterday (Saturday) my mom phoned out to the farm and made it official that I was going to Ron's house for supper because he wanted it there which is cool with me. My mom wanted Thanksgiving supper at the apartment. My mom then asked me if I liked cream or kernel corn. I said both. So I guess I will get whatever she decides. Of course I had to ask about dessert. I mean come on, it's Thanksgiving. What's Thanksgiving without dessert? My mom said she is making one apple pie. She asked if I like apple pie and I said yes, apple pie is fine with me. I hope there is whipped cream or something along those lines. I totally forgot to ask her about it. But if there isn't then oh well. I have be at Ron's in the afternoon sometime. My neice and the middle sibling, which is my sister will also be there.

For the rest of you, I hope you have a safe holiday. Eat, drink, and be marry. But do it all in moderation though. Drinking wine on a full stomach of turkey will make a person drowsy. It's common sense. Or at least Seinfeld will teach you that. I am refering to that episode where Jerry Seinfeld is dating that chick who collects all those toys and Jerry wants to play with them. Some of you will know what I am talking about.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Feeling Like Crap & Online Spam

Yesterday which was Monday, I woke up with a cold. I know if you eat right... blah, blah, blah, you will not get a cold. But a lot of people eat right and still get ill. Anyways, it didn't help that I was a bit tired. Well the fact that I stayed up past midnight didn't help anything either. But I had to work a bingo which was a drag. There was one point during the bingo in which is just felt like immobile in a sense of body just shutting down. It's something I never experience before. EVER!!! At least I think I never experienced that. I guess not wearing the proper clothing in this coldish weather helps people catch a cold. If you can believe it or not, I am still wearing shorts and sandles. You might call me foolish or strange for doing so. But hey, I always go as long as I can in shorts. Call me crazy but that is how I am.
=======================================================
Lately, I have seen spam on a few blogs that I read. Why do people spam? Does it make them feel any better about themselves. Or are they just out to WHORE (sorry for such an ugly word) a product, service, or their own blog. It's like people are desperate for hits to a site, blog, and what not. It's not like their lives will become anymore enriched when they spam. If some people got paid to spam then they would of course be millionaires. Someone would be insane to pay someone to spam online. But of course, someone would have cruel intentions if they paid someone to spam.

Even on some message boards that I go on, I see spam on a regular basis. I think, why do people spam? It's not like you are going to accomplish anything by it. It's like they have no shame in spamming. They spam without thinking twice. I mean does a person have that much time on their hands that they feel the need to spam? It just makes you wonder.

There are ways to filter out spam. But of course, it's not all fool proof. Some spam can slip through the radar which is understandable. Then we as a site, blog, or whatever type of administrator have to take the appropriate measures and precautions to ensure that the spam is removed. I know it might take an extra five minutes of your day to remove a bit of unwanted spam. But what's five minutes when you are removing some objectionable spam like porn and other offensive and non offensive spam. But people will always try to find ways around the spam blocking and filtering if they try which is the sad thing.

But I digress, we will always find spam online no matter where we look. It's just that some people will refuse to ignore it, while others do something about it.

My Car, Computer Keyboard, & More

I haven't made a blog post in over a week and I will explain why. So read on.

Today I went to church. Then after church I went to Bonanza for lunch. I don't know why I went there. Anyways, Bonanza is what it is. The food there is the usual. After I was finished lunch I went to start my car. I thought what the heck is going? It seemed odd that my car wouldn't start. It started fine after church. So I tried to start it again. But it wouldn't start. Then I phoned my mom's place. Of course there was no answer. I then decided to start my car again. It wouldn't start. I then phoned CAA. CAA of course was a last resort. I told them what they needed to know. As I waited for the tow truck to come I tried starting my car again. Once again NOTHING. It wouldn't start. The tow truck came and gave me a boost. Then I left.

I then went home to feed my two dogs, Buck (male) and Christy (female). That is one of the few things that I have to do. I went home because I didn't know if my car would start or not. But luckily it did. So then I went back into town. Good waste of gas I say. Anyways, I went back into town and went to The Source by Circuit City which used to be known as Radio Shack. I went there because I needed a keyboard and I didn't really want to go to Wal-Mart just to get a cheapy $10 one. So I was looking around and I found one for $20. That total came to $22.79. That was with tax and all that jazz. The keyboard is good enough for what I need it for. I had to get a new keyboard because earlier last week the home row of the keyboard stopped working. I was typing something and all of a sudden none of the home row showed up on the screen. So that is why there have not been a lot of blog updates.

Thankfully my car started. Then after that I went home and hooked up the new keyboard. Then I went on MSN and AIM messengers. I was then talking to Marky Mark Jensen on MSN. Mark then wanted to do an audio conversation with me. So I accepted and we started talking. But for some reason Mark was all choppy and what not. I told him that and he didn't know what the problem was. Then we seemed to get that figured out. Mark then wanted me to wail. So I did. We talked about a bunch of stuff like music and what not. Mark sent me a couple clips of the jam session we had. It was where Matt was playing drums, Mark was playing guitar, and of course me wailing. Good times! Good times! I didn't hear the rest of yet. But I will though. Mark then said we should update our blogs. I was going to anyways.

I then had to go with my dad to the field because I had to drive the truck back to the yard because my dad was bringing the combine in from the field. I then saw my sister coming up the highway and I knew that she would be stopping in at the farm on her way back to Saskatoon. Then I did some stuff around the house like I burned garbage, unloaded the dishwasher, and other exciting stuff. Well... not really but it has to be done.

After that I finished my column that I write for wrestling sites. Pro wrestling sites that is. I might post it here on my blog. That is if I get the urge to do so.

That was basically my day.
======================================================
Tomorrow I have to work a bingo yet again. It's an afternoon bingo. The only reason I am working it is because my dad is working and he can't be there. Otherwise he would most likely be there. It's not like I have much to do anyways besides get paid and get a light bulb for my car headlight. I guess that can wait till Tuesday of course. The bingo is for MacDowall and District Lions or MAD Lions for short. At least it gets me out of the house till it's time for me to go to work. That's what I will be doing for the afternoon tomorrow.
======================================================
A new video is up. It is called Just Take My Heart by Mr. Big. Mr. Big is a very good band. If you are into the 80's style of hair rock then you will like this band. Mr. Big made it big in Japan. But some people in North America consider Mr. Big a one hit wonder, which they are not. Mr. Big have other songs besides Just To Be With You. I don't get why people associate Just To Be With You when they think of Mr. Big. They do have other songs like Daddy Lover Brother Little Boy, Road Ruin, Green Tinted Sixties, Just Take My Heart, Wild World (originally done by Cat Stevens), etc., etc.. Anyways, Just Take My Heart is a good song. It is one their more baladish songs. I suggest you check out their other songs.

Work, Rain, & More

A funny thing happened at work. Or least you should find it funny. Anyways, I was taking out keys of my pocket. Then I noticed my car keys were not in my pocket. So I was like did I set them down somewhere. But I would know if I did or not. So I went and checked my car and sure enough they were there in the ignition. I then got the idea to try and break into my car the old school way by using a hanger. But I was unsuccessful. Then I all of a sudden got this brainwave, which should have came to earlier, to use my CAA card. Well I am under my dad's name. But that is irrelevant to the story. I was like DUH!!! So I phoned and I got a tow truck to come and unlock my car.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
More rain. Like that is what we need. It was raining as I was coming home from work. This rain will slow down harvest for the farmers. My dad has been getting the canola off the field. I should say my dad's friend has been helping him big time. My dad's friend Ken has been combining the canola. Even though rain is good for canola. The rain will slow down the process of getting it off. Enough dry weather will help dry things enough so farmers can get the crops off. Just pray for the farmers to get their crop off in time. Also pray for the farmers to stay safe while working in field.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Well another hurricane is on it's way to New Orleans. It's even headed to Houston Texas. New Orleans were not ready for one hurricane. They certainly are not ready for another hurricane. Rita started out as a tropical storm then it turned into a hurricane in one day. It's amazing and terrifiying the power Mother Nature has. You should never under estimate the Mother Nature. People are evacuating but it took people 12 hours to move 54 miles or something like that. Some are choosing to tough it out. I pray that they know what they are doing. I hope Hurricane Rita, a category 4 hurricane, doesn't do as much damage. But we will just have to wait and see.

I pray that people stay safe and hope they get to safety soon. People are evacuating to Houston and Hurricane Rita is headed right for Houston. I pray that it dies down and before then. That is all we can at times is pray.

If you want to help in anyway. I encourage you to read part of the following blog post I made.

New Music Video Is Up

Well, I finally decided on a video to put up. I was testing out some videos but they were too dark against my black background. So I thought to go with Can't Stop by Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Wicked-Wrestling.com Update

Well, I told you that Wicked-Wrestling.com is no more. Not any longer. The webmaster told me yesterday that he was able to get it. He said that he was surprised that he got it back. It is great that he got his site back and everything. Now he is working on the site getting it back and what not.

The forums are up and running. So I encourage you to join. Although, if the webmaster knew how to update the forums without having to start over then that would be great. But it is also not a big deal either. So don't hesitate to join if you were a member before.

Wicked-Wrestling.com Is No More

Well I tried to access that site which I post news for and nothing. So I never really thought nothing of it. Keep in mind that the click here to enter page got hacked. We were still able to access the site, forums, and all. So the webmaster got that all sorted out. Blah, blah, blah.

So I checked back today and I couldn't access anything to do with the site. So I PMed the webmaster on AIM as to what the problem is. He told me that the same DOUCHE BAG hacker hacked his entire site. To top it all off, the WWE, World Wrestling Entertainment contacted him and told him to stop and I mean STOP uploading their pay-per-views to the site and what not. I am not surprised that the WWE does this kind of thing. I guess it's understandable also.

The webmaster told me that he uploaded "HBK" Shawn Michaels vs. Hulk Hogan from SummerSlam 2005 on his server. He said that they must have had access and seen it.

So Wicked-Wrestling.com is no more. In it's place will be Astro-Wrestling.com. It is not up yet as the webmaster will begin working on it later today.

New Music Video, New Links, New Uber Cool Blog, & More

Well, I was too lazy to tell you this yesterday but there is a new music video up. The artist was requested by a good friend named Clinton. He wanted some Thousand Foot Krutch which I couldn't find. He wanted some Skillet which I didn't know any of the song. Then finally I gave him a song from his other choice P.O.D. (Payable On Death) . I put up Youth Of The Nation.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A couple of new links have graced my list of links. I have Bible Gateway. A place to search for Bible passages in different versions of the Bible and in many different languages. So check that one out.

Also I have another link called iGod and it is an interesting site. All you do is click enter to go into the site. Then this chat window comes up and you type in stuff and it is supposed to be like your talking to God via the computer and what not. So check that out.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If there is a site that you want on my list of links then don't hesistate to contact in one of many, many ways. Leave a comment, put a shout on the tagboard, drop me a line in my guestbook, email me, or PM me on AIM or MSN. Wheew, seems like a variety of ways. But it's good to have many ways for people to contact a person. Just remember that I review all submissions.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I added a couple of new blogs to my list of "uber cool" blogs. I have added Dixie Vandersluy and Marc Vandersluy's blogs. Just look on the sidebar over to your right and you will find their blogs as well as other blogs of people that I know. So don't hesistate to check them out.

Let it Rain, Hurricane Katrina, & More!

Are you keeping dry in your part of the world??? I sure hope so because it has been wet, wet, wet in my neck of the woods lately. This bout of rain will slow down any harvest that has begun. But it won't effect small time farmers like my dad. He is not like the big time farmers that need start getting off their crops now. He can wait for it to dry before he will continue on with harvest. There is not much harvest being done in the Red Deer Hill area. But south of St. Louis in the Hoey area you will see people harvesting. There are a few big time farmers in that area and they are already doing some major harvesting.

I am not against it raining. Trust me, I am not. It's just that wicked crazy amounts of rain is not good either. See wicked crazy amounts can cause problems that we can't control like floods, mudslides, and other natural disasters. If it rains enough and not an excessive amount then I fine with it. But if it wants to rain then let it rain.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have been thinking about what to write about Hurricane Katrina because the manitude of this disaster is something I can't even imagine. It's like cities are submerged under water like New Orleans for instance. The pictures on TV, internet, newspaper, and magazines, are enough to stop a person in there tracks and take notice.

Our lives may seem a thousand times better then those who are in Louisianna, Alabama, Mississippi because we can't even fathom being in such a natural disaster. The only natural disaster that we get in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Canada is a snow storm or a rainstorm. But snow and rain is a regular occurance here in my neck of the woods so we know how to ready ourselves for such weather. But places like New Orleans were not ready for such a disaster. They knew it was coming but they didn't prepare for it years in advance. They were not ready which is a shame.

My heart goes out to the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Just seeing those images and seeing how these people break down and cry really makes a person feel for them. Sure we may not know how they feel, but we try and comprehend in some little way what they must be going through. But in the grand scheme of things, we don't have the slightest clue as to what is going through there minds and how they must be feeling emotionally.

But watching a special Hurricane Katrina edition of Larry King Live, they had Bill Cosby asking people to donate there money towards food, shelter, clothing, and other items. You know that this has struck a chord with celebrities if they can personally send a message to the people watching. Bill Cosby said "I am begging you to please send in your money." Doesn't that send a powerful message??? A man of Bill Cosby's stature can go and beg without thinking twice. I know I would do it. I commend people who are trying to make a difference in this whole situation.

Doesn't it make you feel helpless knowing that you can't be down there helping in some way no matter. I know that some of would help if you had the chance. It would be a life changing experience that's for sure. But it's totally understandable if you got caught up in all the drama so to speak. But it still, for me anyways, would be a life changing experience.

I know that the hand of God is on them and is helping them get through all of this.

Psalm 139:10
10 even there your hand will guide me,
your right hand will hold me fast.

I know that God will guide them along and show them what they need to do. They will take it one step at a time in this rebuilding process. The hand of God will be signal that he is right there by their side and helping them get through this lowest of low times.

Psalm 31:3
3 Since you are my rock and my fortress,
for the sake of your name lead and guide me.

They know that God is there strength in a time when they are so fragile and weak in an emoitional and even physical sense. God will guide them to a place of rest during this trying time.

Psalm 48:14
14 For this God is our God for ever and ever;
he will be our guide even to the end.

God will guide them to the end. God will guide them to where they are to go. They know that God is there through the good and the bad times. But this will certainly put their faith to the test. I have faith that they will in time pull through.

Now, if you would like to make a donation then I suggest you check out one of the following sites.

Red Cross Canada
American Red Cross

Red Cross has been their in times like these. I encourage you to make a donation to this orginization who has done so much for so many over the years.

Facts At A Glance

The facts on the American Red Cross website are startling. You don't truly know how much the Red Cross does until you see you the facts for yourself. Even then you don't can't comprehend what it's like to do what the Red Cross does.

Salvation Army In Canada
Salvation Army USA

Another worthwhile organization to donate money and goods to. They also do so much good at home and abroad. They need you to donate money and goods. They will send it the disaster torn areas of the southern United States. But they can't do it without you.

Mennonite Disaster Service

Here is another organization for you to donate to. They are another worthwhile organization to donate to. But they also need your help in the way of money and goods.

America's Second Harvest

America's Second Harvest is the nation's largest hunger-relief, distributing surplus food to more 23 million hungry American's each year.

That is startling number of people who go hungry each year. But now in this time of disaster, Second Harvest needs your help even more. Every dollar raised brings 15 meals to the table or every raised will help distrubt nearly 4 bags of food. But now more then ever, Second Harvest needs your help.

Which ever organization you choose, please donate as money and goods are always needed.

I pray that the disaster torn areas of the United States will pull through this in time.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now on a less depressing note, there was a potluck at church today. It was to kick off the fall season of Sunday school. It was a good time of food, fun, and fellowship, like it always is.

People really seemed to like Matt's cheesecake. It looked really good too. But I HATE banana's!!!! I really stress the word hate. Maybe hate is too strong of a word. I should have said dislike. In any event, it still won't change the fact that I still don't care for banana's. He brought it out near the end and put what looked to be a caramel sauce ontop. That made it look that much better. But as I said, I HATE banana's.

Anyways, Sunday school starts up next week at 11:00 AM after the service. If you are not sure what classes are availiable then don't hesistate to ask around. I do know there is one for the youth. So I will be expecting to see all of the youth up there. If not then who knows what will happen. All I know is that you will not like it.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Don't forget that Tuesday is the Rockin' Drop In. It is one Tuesday of course. As if you couldn't read. Anyways, we will be playing songs that one of us will pick. I picked the last bunch and maybe Marky Mark or Steve can pick this time. I ENCOURAGE the youth to come even if you don't have an instrument. I strongly stress encourage. If you do have an instrument then bring it and play. Don't be like Marcus and complain about this song being too hard after complaining about not playing music. I don't want any defeatest attitudes. If Marky Mark can sing when he normally doesn't then you can play an instrument.

If you do decide to come then bring some supper. Steve and the youths eat supper after rocking out. Rocking out is hard work and works up an apetite. That is why so many 80's rockers are thin. It's because rocking up gives you a work out. All that bouncing around and jumping on stage.

Event: Rockin' Drop In
Where: Gateway Covenant Church
When: Tuesdays from 3:30-5:30
Bring: Yourself, an instrument, and supper

As always I ENCOURAGE you to leave comment in the comment box. Also leave a comment in the guestbook or shout on the tag board.

Drip, Drip, Drip Goes The Water & More

It was raining for the past two days. It made things very wet. Monday was the wettest out of the two days. I didn't mind it raining on Monday because I had to work a bingo. Tuesday it didn't rain that much. But it still rained nontheless.

I think that the rain is good. We need it to keep our land from drying up. Rain is essential

James 5:18
18Again he prayed, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced its crops.

Sure rain helps the crops grow, but also the rain can be a bad thing.

Genesis 7:11-12
11 In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, on the seventeenth day of the second month—on that day all the springs of the great deep burst forth, and the floodgates of the heavens were opened. 12 And rain fell on the earth forty days and forty nights.
The farmers need enough dry weather so they can get their crops off this year. I pray that all farmers will be safe in this year harvest and also that they can get their crops off before the frost sets in. I know my dad has started harvesting. But he still aways to go yet before his harvesting is done
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yesterday, I guess my being tired caught up with me. When my head hit the pillow I feel asleep instantly. I guess I really need to adjust my sleeping patterns. I don't know why I stay up. It's not as if I have anything to do at such a late hour. I guess it's that night hawk in me.

I really can't explain why I stay up. I guess I either need a job where I stay up late or just force myself to go to be earlier. Whatever the case, I need to make some adjuments.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The youth Rock 'N Drop In was so much fun. Marky Mark, Cory, Steve, Thomas, and myself were there. It was great to see Mark just let go of his fears and sing. We did not judge him. But I do commend him for trying. After I left to go to work, I felt so pumped up. I believe it was the first ever that I left the youth Rock 'N Drop In feeling that way. I will be there next week.

I encourage any of the youth to come to the Rock 'N Drop In.

Where: Gateway Covenant Church
When: Tuesdays: 3:30-5:30
Bring: An instrument and supper. If you don't play an instrument then just bring yourself and some supper.

I hope to see you there.

Keep on rockin' in the free world.

Pulling Posts & Awesome Fireworks

Where do it start with today entry. Well nothing too exciting happened for majority of the day. I went to church then I came home. I then sat online till about 6-6:30ish. I cut some grass for awhile. Whoopy! Fun, fun, fun! Well not really but it had to be done. A little bit later I helped by dad pull some posts out of the ground in the field. We did that for about an hour or so. That was not that fun either. But it had to be done as well.

Later I went to the fireworks at Prime Ministers Park. The fireworks were to celebrate my home province, which is Saskatchewan's birthday. If you were not there then you missed on hell of a fireworks show. It was amazing, awesome, awe inspiring, incredible. It was worth going back into town for.

Happy birthday Saskatchewan!

Remember to learn it, use it, and never forget.

Tales From The Fish: Vince, Brock, & More

Well, I am back writing another column. I haven't written one in sometime. I go through periods of not writing columns. So I thought I would try and do one regularly. But on this edition of Tales From The Fish I will be talking about a few things. So lets get right to it.

Where do I begin on the first topic? We all know that Vince McMahon has a so-called "big man" fetish. That is why we have seen big men such as Batista, JBL, Undertaker, etc., etc. pushed really well. But what I don't get is how Kane or Big Show are not pushed at all. Instead Kane, for the past few years has been pushed as a main event jobber. It's sad that Kane has been relegated to jobber. When Kane first came into the WWF/WWE, he was a pushed as an unstoppable monster. But Kane could have been so much bigger. But it seems as though the WWE put up a brick wall and said no. We don't want to push you. That makes Vince look bad because we all know how Vince likes to push big men. Kane just need something to get himself out of the this funk as being known as a main event jobber. The last main even match he had was against Batista for the World Heavyweight title on RAW and we all know how that ended.

Now there is Big Show who has gone through many pushes. But now nothing. He hasn't been on RAW in the last couple of weeks. The last thing he did was team with Shelton Benjamin and defeated Chris Masters and Gene Snitsky. Big deal, he beat Snitsky and Masters. Like that will do anything to further his career. It's just he gets pushed hard for a few months, then nothing. If he was pushed decently all the time then there would be no problems. Sure, Big Show may not be the most talented wrestler. But he is the modern day Andre The Giant. So why not push him as the so. Instead we have the WWE giving pushes to the likes of Masters on RAW and JBL on Smackdown.

If Vince knew how to use the big men to their fullest then we wouldn't see Kane as a main event jobber. We also wouldn't see Big Show being pushed when someone is needed. Big Show and Kane are both deserving of pushes in my opinion.
==========================================================
Now it seems as the rumors of Brock Lesnar returning to the WWE have died down. As you may or may not know, Brock Lesnar was supposedly in contract talks with the WWE to return. But a couple of week ago the contract talks have died down. Some people may think that this all just a work. I for one don't think that this is a work. The term work has become overused in my opinion due to the Matt Hard/Edge/Lita situation and the Chris Jericho/WWE situation. So I for hope this is real. But there are reasons that I don't want Brock Lesnar to return.

For one thing, the last time Brock was in the WWE, he went through the entire roster. I for one think that was stupid. He didn't deserve to go through the entire roster like there is no tomorrow. Sure he may have some talent but that doesn't mean that gives him the right to go through the entire roster. Even Kurt Angle didn't go through the roster. Sure Kurt Angle was pushed hard his first year in the WWE but he at least didn't go through the entire roster like Brock.

Another thing is that Brock Lesnar was too green and immature for his push. That didn't help him at all. You can have all the talent in the world but if you are green then it is not going to help you one bit. I for one would have built him up and let him mature before giving him this massive push. Being green and getting a huge is not always a good thing.

Next point I am going to make is that Brock Lesnar left the WWE to go fullfill some dream he head. That was wanting to play football in the NFL. I can't respect him for wanting to achieve his dream. But he did it for the wrong reasons. He left the WWE because he doesn't want to travel. Well, in the NFL you do travel. That makes Lesnar a hypocrite for not wanting to travel with the WWE but he will travel while being in the NFL. Also Brock Lesnar left the WWE because he didn't like his character. Well, life isn't always fair. Brock needs to pick up his balls and move on. Brock couldn't even make it in the NFL. He couldn't even make second string or even the practice squad. That's how big of a lamer Lesnar is. He basically sold out to achieve a dream. He only made it that far in the NFL because of who he is. I don't respect that.

All in all bringing Brock Lesnar back would be a bad idea. Sure people say that the WWE needs someone. But look, the WWE has enough guys getting pushed aside for the likes of JBL on Smackdown and Masters on RAW. Bringing back Brock Lesnar would only make it worse.
==========================================================
The final topic on this edition of Tales From The Fish is Hulk Hogan. No I am not going to praise the ever loving shit out of him. I am going to do the opposite. I am going to tell you what is wrong with him.

First off, I shouldn't have to tell you that he is slow in the ring. Just look at him in his match against Shawn Michaels at SummerSlam. Hogan was slow when he was whipped off the ropes. Anybody could tell you that. It didn't take a brain surgeon to figure that one out. I am mean sure you may still have the heart to be in this business but that doesn't mean he should be wrestling. It would be so bad if Hogan was a manager or something. He would still get massive pops, but we wouldn't have to sit through another boring Hogan match.

The next I thing I can't stand is Hogan not wanting to lay down for someone. The most infamous incident of this is the Finger Poke Of Doom where Kevin Nash over sold the move and laid down for Hogan. What does Hogan have against losing to someone. Just because he rose to such heights doesn't mean shit in my books. The most recent is that Hogan never layed down for Shawn Michaels. But the thing about it is that Hogan would lay down for The Rock and Ultimate Warrior. Just because he is the biggest superstar in the history of wrestling doesn't make him excempt from losing a match.

Now I have a problem with his leg drop. He has been using the leg drop as his finishing move for over twenty years. I mean it has lacked credibility for well over ten years. Think about it, when the Big Show does a leg drop, people kick out. But when it comes to Hogan people have to let Hogan pin them. I could very easily kick out of Hogan's crappy leg drop. I bet he doesn't even come down with full force. His leg drop has become more pathetic looking over the years. He could have came up with a different finishing move ten to fifteen years ago. You can only the leg drop for so long before it doesn't look as effective. Although I will admit that Hogan is at a point in his career where he doesn't need to cange his finishing move.

Yes I will admit that as a kid, I was a Hogan. But that is no the case any longer. I am now sick of seeing Hogan try to hang onto any last shred of his career he has.

That will do it for me and this edition of Tales From The Fish. Remember to learn it, use it, and never forget it. Thanks for reading and see you on the flipside.

Tales From The Fish: SummerSlam 2005 Predictions

For those of you who don't Tales From The Fish, it is my internet column that I write for a few sites. It is mostly pro wrestling. So I thought I would post it on my blog to hopefully get some new readers.

My predictions:

WWE Championship:
John Cena (c) vs. "Y2J" Chris Jericho

I think this match wouldn't be as good as it could be conisdering John Cena is in it and I can't t stand Cena. With the way Bischoff and Jericho have been buddy/buddy lately. I can see Bischoff getting involved and screwing Cena thus helping Jericho get the win.

Winner: "Y2J" Chris Jericho

World Heavyweight Championship:
No Holds Barred:
Batista (c) vs. JBL

We all know that this match should have soom blood in it. But we will have to wait and see wether or not someone gets busted open. But I can see JBL having Orlando Jordan interfere in the match to try and help JBL win with little success. It will come down to a gut check for both men. But Batista will pick up the win.

Winner: Batista

Icon vs. Legend:
"HBK" Shawn Michaels vs. Hulk Hogan

This feud has been building up for weeks. I actually thought Shawn Michaels parody of Hogan on Larry King Live was funny. Michaels proved that he can do some comical stuff. But in the match you will see Hogan doing his famous Hulk up. But I think it won't be enough to beat Shawn Michaels. So I am picking Shawn Michaels.

Winner: "HBK" Shawn Michaels

Matt Hardy vs. Edge

Well this match has been in the making for many months. But if it wasn't for Matt Hardy dragging out for everyone to see then this feud might not have pushed so hard. Edge even did an intense interview before his cage match against Kane. Anyways, Edge will beat the living hell out Matt Hardy. Thus hopefully this match will make Matt Hardy will make him shut up because Matt has become insane. Hopefully this match will end the feud at SummerSlam.

Randy Orton vs. The Undertaker II

This has been an on again, off again feud since Wrestlemania 21. The Undertaker did win at Wrestlemania 21. But this feud has dragged on long enough in my opinion. If Randy Orton wants to get a win then this is place to do it. But I still want The Undertaker to win. Thus, hopefully this feud can end.

Winner: The Undertaker

Eguene vs. Kurt Angle

This has the potential to be the match of the card. Both Eugene and Kurt Angle are extremely talented. There is not denying that fact. But Eugene is fresh off a knee injury and they quickly throw him into a pretty big feud. So it will be interesting to see if Eugene is back up to snuff or not. I really can't see them pushing Eugene to lose. So my pick is Eugene.

Winner: Eugene

Ladder Match For Custody Of Dominick:
Eddie Guerrero vs. Rey Mysterio

This feud has been going on long enough in my opinion. I just think that this feud needs to end at SummerSlam. This match could go anyway. This match is not easy to pick a winner. I want Rey Mysterio to win so he can keep Dominick. But I also want Eddie Guerrero to win so he can feel justified in telling the secret. Eddie Guerrero has yet to beat Rey Mysterio this year. So I am going with Eddie Geurrero even though it was a tough choice.

Winner: Eddie Guerrero

United States Championship:
Orlando Jordan (c) vs. Chris Benoit

This is a rematch from of course Great American Bash of this year. Now I think that Benoit should have won. But I also think it was good that he didn't win because Benoit is above this midcad status. I think that Benoit should not be in this match. Instead, Benoit be should main eventing. They should have put Christian in this match and make it a three way. Even add Booker T. to make it a four corners match. I would have liked to see that. But I hope Benoit wins because Orlando Jordan has been a paper champ and the United States Champions of yester-year would be spitting with anger or rolling over in their grave (R.I.P. Magnum TA) if they knew how the WWE was treating the United States title. Anyways, I feel that Benoit will win.

Winner: Chris Benoit

Thanks for reading and see you on the flipside.

Gas Prices- Why Is The Price So High???

The following blog entry is soley the views of Mr. C.C. and should be taken as such. Any information in this blog entry other then the thoughts and views of Mr. C.C. will be credited. Any comments, questions, etc. are appreciated and as always, thanks for reading.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Buying gas is apart of owning a vehicle. It is also an expense in which most people in the devloped world will have to deal with on a regular basis throughout their lives. But why does the price of gas have to be so high??? The Burlinton Press has given us some reasons why the price is so high.

- Refineries are running at full capacity to keep up with high summer demand.

My Thoughts:
Well, that seems logical that refineries at running at full capcity in the summer. After all the summer is the busiest time of the year for travelling. But that doesn't excuse the companies who operate the refineries for not being better prepared. They need to realize that summer is a busy travel time and that they should have more refineries built to help reduce the stress on the other refineries that are working extra hard. The winter is a different story. But the companies who run the refineries are too stubborn to build because they are cheap and lazy. They just don't want to shell out a few extra bucks to build an extra refinary or two so they can be prepared for the summer season. Instead they want to put stress on exisiting refineries and drive up the price of gas so they can make that much more money.

- Limited refinery capacity often accounts for gas price spikes.

My Thoughts:
Having limited refinery capacity is not the greatest thing either. Excess gas can be seen as waste if the consumers are not buying gas fast enough. That is obviously logical. Then when they have a surplus of gas then it goes to waste because it has nowhere to go. If the refinery operaters were not so cheap and built more refineries then they would have to worry about being at limited capacity. Or even if they built refineries with bigger capacity limits would also help because then they would not be wasting gas with such limited refinary capacities. Bigger is better in this case. Spending money to them and the consumers in the long run is not such a bad thing.

- Oil companies have closed refineries over the past 15 years to cut excess capacity. Companies keep very little excess in storage. So prices increase anytime something goes wrong.

My Thoughts:
The oil companies are idiots for closing refineries. Of course they are at limited capacity and and in high demand in the summer because they don't have enough refineries to store the excess gas or the extra gas that is needed. No wonder people have to pay through the nose for gas. If the companies weren't such douche bags by closing the refineries then anything that went wrong wouldn't not effect the gas prices. But since the oil companies want to get richer then they will do things that will inturn make them more money. So of course it is in their best interest to close refineries. If I was a consumer driven oil company then I would think like a consumer and not so much like a multi-million dollar company.

The governments in some states/provinces/territories and countries take their share of taxes. That also doesn't help the consumer. It is bad enough that we have to pay enough taxes. Paying into gas taxes is just another way the government can dig deeper into our wallets.

Also the war that is going on in the world also doesn't help bring down the gas prices. If Canada or the USA used the gas from their own countries then we wold not not have to worry about getting our gas from war torn parts of the world.

It is bad enough that I a person who currently doesn't make that much at my present job has to pay $1.059 a liter Canadian for gas. Plus it doesn't help when I have to drive ten miles to and from town to work. If the oil companies realized that some people have to make a long commute then they would understand that not everyone can always afford gas. Plus they can realize that not everyone can afford to buy a hybrid vehicle or a vehicle that gets 80 miles to the gallon.

HBK053 Is Going To Kill RSM Forums

I have been a member of RSM Forums since April 10/05. Then I became a mod soon after by applying to call for mods. Everything was going great until the week of August 1st to August 7th of 2005. Here is what happened:

HBK053 joined RSM Forums 2 days before I did and become mod which was fine. But then he became smod a little to soon. I was against him become a smod right from the start. Then things went on as normal. Months later an efed was created as something for the RSM Forums.

So I joined because I have be doing efeds for 5 years. Then all things was going good. I was contracted to one of the shows called Explosion. So fine, I went along and started roleplaying on Explosion. Then weeks later HBK053 joined as Nova. I was PMed by the first Explosion GM saying that I was getting a push. Then the GM of Explosion couldn't do the shows anymore. So the need for a GM was needed. So then Nova (HBK053) took up the job of GM of Explosion.

Then my internet was out and I wasn't able to roleplay. So then I got my internet back up. But I didn't know I had a match for the first RSC Explosion pay-per-view, so I couldn't roleplay. I knew I wouldn't win the RSC TV title. Then a few days later this rule all of a sudden comes up. HBK053 made this that if you jumped from Explosion to Atomic then you would be banned. This rule came right after RSC Hardcore Champion Trick (-Sharpshooter- on RSC Forums) jumped from Atomic to Explosion. Then this caused some mass chaos. I started questioning and saying things through PM to HBK053 (Nova). He started saying stuff make it sound like the rule was a good idea. He said that the rule was to prevent chaos and champions switching. But all the rule did was create chaos. But when people said something about, he said to get over it because it was an official rule.

If he doesn't get rid of this rule then the fed will go to hell. I will laugh in his face if it does and he is the cause of it all.

Was In Saskatoon Over The Weekend!

I was in Saskatoon over the weekend. I left on Saturday for my sisters place.

Sunday I had Easter dinner (which is at noon for us Canadians). Then I rented a movie on Sunday. I rented "Ladder 49." I think "Ladder 49" is a good movie.

On Monday I babysat my 4 year old nephew. I took him to McDonalds. Then we went to the mall. After that I took to Mac's to get a slush and some chips. Then we went back to the apartment.

Then on Tuesday I came home.

March 5th Was A Busy Day

March 5th was busy day for me. First I had to go to a funeral in the afternoon. My great-great auntie Blanche died. She was 99 years old. The funeral was small and short. But it served its purpose. I will always remember going over to her house when I was a little kid for tea. That was some good times.

Now in the evening I had help finish setting up for my dad's birthday party. He turned 50, well officially on March 6th he turned 50. But we a big party for him at his friends place. Friends, family and a few co-workers were there. My uncle Harvey made a power point presentation which was cool. He did a really good job.

So as you can see March 5th was a busy day for me.

Work On Friday

I am a janitor and one of my two places I clean is City Hall. So I was finishing on Friday and the police dropped by. They are able to come into City Hall after it is closed. Anyways I saw the cop car go by and I thought hope I didn't do anything. They came in and they said they got an alarm call. I told them it wasn't me. They asked me if I was the only one there and I said yes. Other then the people in the Emergency Communications Centre. So they got everything straightened out. I told them I tripped the alarm last time. So they left and nothing happened.

Infamous & Canadian's

I don't get what Infamous has against Canadian's. He is starting to come across that USA is better then American's. That in no way is true. He needs to calm down and check himself. He needs to realize that not all Canadian's are bitter. Just because he had a bad experience doesn't mean the next Canadian he runs into will be the same way. Infamous get over yourself and hating Canadian's . At least KJ doesn't have the need to make a thread over it. So Infamous, singling all Canadian's out is stupid. I don't single all American's out as being war mongers. Just in closing this rant. Infamous in the words of Eagles. Get over it!!!

Canadian Idol

I could of went to Canadian Idol auditions when it was in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. It was held two different days. It was Sunday, Febuary, 20. I was in Saskatoon and I slept over at my sister's place. But my sister totally forgot. But I went home and watched No Way Out.

The other day was Tuesday the 22nd of Febuary. But I would liked to try out. When I sing karaoke people say I sing really good. Who knows I may have made it.

Announcement

I am trying to get a wrestling show to come to my hometown of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. It is a small independent company out of Edmonton, Alberta. It is called RCW. I have been in contact with promoter. But I have yet to hear from him back yet. I did give some info as to the the rental of some facilities. So I am just waiting to hear from him.
